Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills. Must be computer literate.Description: RN Nights (7 PM - 7 AM) with weekend and holiday rotations required. Flexibility to float to various units including ICU, ER, Med/Surg, and MST is essential. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). The role requires critical care experience and additional certifications. Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on the assigned unit are essential. The individual must possess the ability to assess data reflecting patient status and interpret necessary information to identify each patient's requirements relative to their age-specific needs. Experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate behaviors consistent with professional conduct, effective communication, and a commitment to safety and respect in providing care.
