Serves as a technical resource for cross-functional teams, applying advanced quality methodologies to ensure robust and compliant manufacturing processes.Key AccountabilitiesIndependently analyze manufacturing processes to identify quality risks and improvement opportunitiesLead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actionsDevelop and execute quality plans, audits, and process validationsCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issuesMentor entry-level staff on quality tools and best practicesTrack and report quality performance metricsQualifications, Experience, and SkillsMinimum Educational QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum ExperienceAt least 3 years in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related fieldExperience conducting root cause analysis and corrective actionsExperience performing audits, validations, or process reviewsCross-functional collaboration with engineering or manufacturing teamsWorking knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standardsDemonstrated continuous improvement contributionsOther Job-Specific SkillsAdvanced quality problem-solvingRoot cause analysis and corrective/preventive action expertiseProject management of process improvementsTechnical leadership within cross-functional teamsEffective communication of quality findingsMentorship of junior engineersTravel requirementsShould be able to travel both domestic and international, upto ~ 25% of the time annually.Working ConditionsMust be able to move at least 50 pounds over a distance of approx 50 ft, without requiring any assistance.Should be able to stand and walk around the plant at least 8 hours a days.Must possess a valid motor vehicle driver's license.Primarily office and manufacturing floor-basedFrequent interaction with operators, engineers, and production managersExposure to operational equipment and process hazardsParticipation in audits, investigations, and cross-functional meetingsOccasional site visits across facilitiesOvertime: Up to 5 hours per workweek.
