Patient Coordinator

We are a premier plastic surgery practice seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator. This hybrid role requires a "patient-first" attitude, serving as the initial point of contact, while also crafting compelling visual content to showcase our brand. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between providing an exceptional patient experience and driving patient engagement through social media and marketing initiatives. PATIENT COORDINATION - Patient Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for new and existing patients via phone, text, and in-person. - Patient Scheduling: Manage all appointments calendar, handling scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmation. - Patient Education: Guide potential patients through their journey. - Sales Conversion: Answering questions about pricing, financing options, and converting leads into booked procedures or skincare sales. - Administrative Flow: Prep patient charts, file patient charts, input data into EMR, and ensure a smooth patient journey from inquiry to post-op. QUALIFICATIONS - Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in a patient care coordinator, receptionist, or medical office role. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor. - Software: Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding social media posting and patient privacy.
