What You'll Do:
- Provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology consultations and follow-ups
- Manage a low-volume caseload (~15 patients/day) as a solo provider supported by APPs and colleagues
- Use Meditech EMR for documentation and patient records
- Support a department structured 60/40 between Hematology and Oncology
- Collaborate closely with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care
- Follow established protocols and participate in team meetings
What You Need:
Required:
- Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
- Recent outpatient clinical experience
- Kentucky medical license or eligibility
Preferred:
- Experience working in a solo provider setting
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
