Nursing Operations Manager - Surgical Services Leader

Medical City Healthcare is seeking a Manager of Nursing Operations to lead Surgical Hospital Alliance services across Med/Surg Inpatient, Pre-Op/PACU, Surgery, Cath Lab, IR, Radiology, Lab and Pharmacy. Under ACNO supervision, you will apply best practices to optimize patient flow, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and assure bed access. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, RN license in Texas, 3 years of management (5 preferred), BLS/ACLS, and a track record of fiscal stewardship #J-18808-Ljbffr Medical City Healthcare
