We are looking for a Sales Gallery Coordinator to support a hospitality team through a Contract assignment. In this guest-facing role, you will help create a welcoming and organized experience for visitors by coordinating front-desk activity, assisting with guest arrangements, and maintaining shared service areas. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, works well with cross-functional teams, and can keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome arriving guests, manage presentation check-ins, and direct each party to the appropriate sales representative using accurate records and assignment guidelines.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to maintain daily schedules, monitor participation, and keep attendance information current for meetings and training activities.
• Support guest incentive distribution and complete end-of-day balancing to ensure premiums and related items are properly accounted for.
• Process transportation-related reimbursements, including parking and ride services, for both visitors and internal team members in accordance with established procedures.
• Work closely with transportation staff to arrange guest pickups, drop-offs, and movement of materials between locations as needed.
• Monitor kitchen and refreshment inventory levels, replenish supplies, and help ensure snack and beverage stations remain ready for guests throughout the day.
• Maintain clean, orderly café and hospitality areas to promote a welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors and staff.
• Provide responsive service to internal departments and external guests while handling questions, requests, and operational details with professionalism.• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, guest services, front desk support, or a similar hospitality-focused role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, sales teams, and internal partners.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy in a fast-moving environment.
• Basic administrative and organizational skills, including tracking attendance, updating assignments, and handling routine documentation.
• Able to support guest-facing service areas with a dependable and team-oriented approach.
