Corporate Education Nurse- Need Two Years of Long Term Care RN Experience

In this role, you will help strengthen clinical practice across long-term care teams by supporting staff development, education, and quality of care. Responsibilities Develop and deliver clinical education programs for long-term care nursing staff Assess learning needs and create educational materials for long-term care settings Support onboarding and ongoing competency development for nursing staff Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical performance and care quality Active RN license. At least 2 years of experience as an RN in long-term care. Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Outlook and Teams. Eligibility to work in the United States.
