Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read simple work instructions, drawings, and work orders.
• Basic computer and math skills, including counting, measuring, and data entry.
• Ability to learn new tasks, use hand tools, and work safely with machines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit or stand for most of the work shift.
• Frequent use of hands for assembling, cleaning, sorting, counting, and packaging parts.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to focus on tasks for long periods.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle parts and materials throughout the day.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Assemble, clean, sort, count, package, and box parts by following work instructions and quality standards.
• Use hand tools, machines, and equipment to complete production tasks safely and correctly.
• Read work orders and drawings, check part measurements, and make sure products meet quality requirements.
• Enter information into the computer, complete paperwork, and keep accurate production records.
• Report machine problems, safety concerns, or quality issues to a supervisor right away.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, follow all safety rules, and help the team meet daily production goals.

As a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
