Required Skills

• 8-9 years of experience in strategic program or project management within Finance, Operations, or Corporate Development
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-border programs across multiple time zones
• Deep understanding of finance operating models, including statutory reporting, transfer pricing, payroll, tax compliance, and ERP systems
• Outstanding executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strong program governance discipline, including roadmaps, RAID tracking, and milestone management
• Ability to coordinate multiple functions with competing priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Slack, and Google Suite

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with multinational or Fortune 500 companies
• Background in finance transformation, M&A integration, or corporate development
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools for program delivery
• Industry experience in SaaS or Fintech sectors
• Knowledge of international finance laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications highly regarded
• Extensive experience in Finance PMO environments, transformation projects, or top-tier consulting firms

Other Requirements

• Remote work eligible within the US; occasional travel for key projects or stakeholder engagement
• No travel expectations or additional certifications required
