In this role,you will mentor drivers, oversee compliance documentation, and conductinvestigations to uphold our commitment to safe and secure operations.Your leadership will play a crucial role in fostering a proactivesafety environment. Key Responsibilities Driver Coaching & Development –Mentor and guide drivers through safety assessments,evaluations, and targeted improvement plans. Incident Investigations – Conductthorough investigations and detailed reporting for accidents,injuries, and safety incidents. SafetyEngagement & Programs – Promote driver engagementthrough proactive safety initiatives, appreciation activities, andincentive programs. RegulatoryCompliance – Administer DOT licensing, examinations, andcompliance documentation to ensure full regulatoryadherence. Drug & Alcohol ProgramOversight – Manage the DOT Drug and Alcohol program,ensuring compliance with all testing requirements. Support Hiring & Training – Assist in driver hiring,training, onboarding, and road testing to ensure competency andadherence to safety policies. CommunitySafety Representation – Serve as a company liaison,promoting the safety of Benore’s driving operations within thecommunity. Safety Communications –Develop and deliver impactful safety messages, policies, andtraining materials in collaboration with management. Audit & Documentation Management – Assist in theadministration of vehicle registrations, permits, andinternal/external safety audits. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in arelated field preferred; Associate’s degree or relevantexperience considered. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in transportationsafety administration with knowledge of DOT regulations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, TMW, and telematicssystems. Strong written and verbal communicationskills. Leadership & OrganizationalSkills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, oversee complianceinitiatives, and promote a culture of safety.
