Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to accurately understand their mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring that each client receives tailored therapy that addresses their unique circumstances.
• Engage clients through evidence-based modalities during individual therapy sessions, aiming to promote personal growth, coping strategies, and enhanced well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health counselor at Tidemark Health and Wellness, you will work with a diverse population of individuals experiencing various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Empathetic disposition and a non-judgmental attitude toward client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in providing therapy to individuals facing complex mental health challenges is preferred. Compensation and Benefits
