Job Title: Talent Development Consultant Senior

Location: Aurora, CO

Payrate: $42-47/hour/W2

Shift/Schedule : 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Hybrid)

Duration: 18 Weeks (+extension)

Position Overview:

Seeking a senior-level Talent Development Consultant to provide temporary coverage for a team member on leave and support:

Team Member Orientation
Team Leader Orientation
New Leader Onboarding
Leadership Competency Model Development
Performance Management System Implementation
Leadership/Team Development Initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of corporate training or organizational development experience
- OR 8 years related experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 1 year healthcare industry experience
DiSC Certification required
Strong facilitation skills in:
- Leadership Development
- Organizational Development
- HR Policy/Process Changes
Instructional Design & Product Development experience
Program/Project Management experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
