About the Position

Firetronics is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is a fast-paced position that provides administrative and customer service support to our department while working closely with the Department Manager, Field Superintendent, field personnel, customers, and accounting team.

The right person will be someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, managing multiple priorities, and being part of a team where every day can bring something different.

Please note: This position is 100% onsite. There is no remote option.

What You'll Do

• Communicate professionally with customers by telephone and email
• Work closely with the Field Superintendent and field personnel to coordinate and schedule work
• Enter accurate billing information for the accounting department to generate customer invoices
• Assist the Department Manager with preparing and submitting repair proposals to customers
• Communicate and coordinate with Emergency 24 as needed
• Maintain accurate information and documentation to support department operations
• Assist with a variety of administrative and customer service tasks
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to help keep the department running smoothly

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with parts or inventory is required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
• Professional and friendly communication style
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Comfortable learning new processes and taking on new responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Wage: $18.50/hour
