In this role, youll be our customers first point of contact, responsible for delivering the best in class customer support experience. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Take incoming calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, while offering patient assistance and support. Maintain and update all customer communications Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customers questions Bilingual - a plus WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU: Have ability to offer excellent customer service Have ability to answer a high volume of calls.
