Qualifications

\tMedical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency
\t
\t
\tFellowship training in glaucoma (preferred but not required for comprehensive role)
\t
\t
\tBoard-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
\t
\t
\tLicensed (or eligible) to practice in New Jersey
\t
\t
\tStrong surgical skills with experience in cataract surgery; MIGS and glaucoma procedures a plus
\t
\t
\tExcellent diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills
\t
\t
\tPassion for long-term patient care and collaboration with co-managing optometrists
\t
\t
\tProficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
\t
