Senior User Experience Designer

A leader in the pharmaceutical industry is hiring a Senior UX Designer in New Brunswick, NJ, for a full-time (40-hours weekly), hybrid contract position. $75/hour W2 with full benefits available. 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension. Opportunity to design solutions for cutting-edge AI and scientific tools. Collaborative, cross-functional team environment. High-impact role improving usability and adoption of complex platforms. UX Designer Requirements: Proven experience designing complex digital products and workflows. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and interaction design. Proficiency in Figma and design documentation. Experience with user research and usability testing. Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams. UX Designer Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end UX design from research through implementation. Translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. Conduct user interviews and testing to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
