Catering & Events Coordinator — Fast-Paced Hospitality

MGM Resorts International – Mandalay Bay is seeking a Catering & Events Coordinator to be the organizational lead of our Convention Services and Catering team, handling schedules, communications, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of admin experience, plus familiarity with group reservations and front desk operations in a resort setting. Must be 21+ and capable of coordinating meetings, travel, and guest experiences across MGM #J-18808-Ljbffr MGM Resorts International
