Temporary Research Assistant
$16 per hourMSU Eastern Agricultural Research Center
Montana State University EARC Plant Pathology team is looking for someone to help with our agricultural research program this winter. Duties will include weighing and cleaning seed, assisting with greenhouse watering and fertilizing, organizing supplies and records, working with spreadsheets, and helping with field and office tasks as needed. This is an entry level position -- on the job training will be provided. Work hours are M-F 7:00 am -- 4:00 pm, however we will consider part-time applicants. We're looking for a person who is organized, dependable, comfortable with computers and Microsoft office software, willing to learn, and able to work independently. Agricultural experience is helpful but not required. $16/hour | Temporary position | Full or Part-time This position could lead to additional employment in the future as our research program grows.
