What You'll Do As a Packaging Worker, you will be responsible for: Assembling and packaging products precisely according to detailed specifications to ensure quality and consistency. Packing and boxing finished goods efficiently to meet daily production targets. Sealing blister packs securely, ensuring proper alignment for safety, presentation, and durability. Inspecting containers and products for defects, ensuring only quality items are shipped. Verifying date codes and batch numbers to maintain traceability and compliance. Supporting waste management by separating scrap and documenting waste disposal processes. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to lift and handle up to 40 pounds repeatedly and safely. Comfort with bending, stooping, twisting, and crouching for extended periods. Ability to stand continuously for 8-10 hours with focus and stamina. Steel-toed or composite-toed footwear for safety compliance. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards. Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus but not required.
