We are seeking skilled baristas to join our small, dynamic team of 3-5 professionals. As a barista, you will prepare high-quality beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and inviting environment. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction in our café.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty drinks
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the café and equipment
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Take and process customer orders efficiently
- Operate coffee machines and other related equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in food and beverage service
Coffee House serving specialty coffees, specialty brew teas, full-service restaurant offering breakfast lunch and dinner, baked daily fresh pastries and desserts
