Call Center Representative

Be the voice of Jefferson Bankwhere service meets community. As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service while building trusted relationships that reflect our commitment to community banking.

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming calls and assist with customer needs
Provide fast, friendly, and accurate solutions
Identify opportunities to connect customers with helpful products and services
Route inquiries and referrals to the right team

What You Bring:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, solutions-focused mindset
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Sales or service experience is a plus

Previous banking experience not required, but strongly recommended

One year sales experience and two years' service experience preferred

Strong commitment to customer service Self-starter requiring minimal supervision Professional phone skills
