Ultrasound Tech in a very fast-paced radiology department dealing with a high volume of ED patients. Responsibilities include performing a wide range of ultrasound examinations such as abdomen, pelvic, vascular, and OB scans on patients ranging from children to geriatrics. Floating between main building to bedside for portables and ED may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound studies on various patient types including outpatient, inpatient, and ED patients
• Conduct abdomen, pelvic, and vascular scans, among other procedures
• Float between main building and bedside for portables and ED activities
• Participate in potential weekend rotations and on-call shifts as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience, with acute or outpatient experience
• ARDMS and BLS certifications; RVT preferred or 2 years of experience with vascular scans
• Experience with EPIC EMR required
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a high volume of ED patients
