Our focus is on enabling predictable, repeatable outcomes that help organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows.What You’ll Do* Serve as a senior client partner and trusted advisor, building executive relationships and identifying opportunities to grow Slalom’s Delivery business across strategic accounts.* Lead the market strategy for Delivery capabilities within assigned accounts, developing account growth plans, shaping demand, and connecting client priorities to Slalom offerings.* Drive business development from opportunity identification through close: qualify pursuits, develop value propositions, lead solutioning, scope work, shape commercial approaches, and contribute to proposals and presentations.* Partner with account, industry, and capability leaders to create and execute account plans that expand delivery-led work, deepen client relationships, and achieve revenue, margin, and pipeline goals.* Lead complex, high-impact client initiatives, ensuring delivery approaches align to business objectives, measurable outcomes, and commercial commitments.* Define engagement scope, delivery model, timelines, success metrics, governance, and team structure; provide executive oversight from inception through completion.* Oversee project execution and portfolio health, coordinating resources, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring quality, client satisfaction, utilization, and profitability targets are met.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders—to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.* Facilitate executive discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to uncover needs, shape strategy, and maintain alignment.* Apply modern delivery practices, including Agile, scaled delivery frameworks, and AI-enabled tools, to improve forecasting, reporting, delivery quality, and decision-making.* Mentor delivery leaders and consultants, strengthen market-facing delivery expertise, and contribute to the evolution of Slalom’s Delivery frameworks, offerings, and go-to-market approach.What You’ll Bring* 10+ years experience in client partner, account leadership, business development, or consulting leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to grow strategic client relationships.* Proven track record of originating, shaping, and closing complex consulting or technology-services opportunities, ideally with responsibility for revenue, pipeline, and margin growth.* Experience leading account planning and business development across multiple stakeholders, capabilities, and service offerings.* Deep delivery leadership experience across complex technology, transformation, or platform initiatives in consulting or enterprise environments.* Demonstrated ability to translate client business challenges into compelling delivery solutions, clear value propositions, and commercially viable engagement approaches.* Experience leading large, cross-functional teams with accountability for delivery quality, client satisfaction, revenue, utilization, margin, and profitability.* Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks such as Agile, SAFe, Lean, and PMBOK, with the judgment to apply them pragmatically.* Experience with solutioning, scoping, estimation, proposal development, and managing engagements under varied contractual structures.* Executive presence and strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders and internal leaders.* Strong business acumen, including comfort navigating commercial negotiations, investment decisions, delivery tradeoffs, and account-level financial performance.* A collaborative leadership style, with a commitment to coaching others and building scalable Delivery capability.About UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always.
