About the Hire Type Direct Hire: The selected candidate will be hired directly by the employer and become a permanent member of the team from day one.
- Hire Type: Direct Hire
- Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Seasonal Requirement: Additional hours required February through mid-April during tax season (5+ days per week)
- Industry: Bookkeeping & Tax Services
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors
- Enter and maintain information in QuickBooks
- Prepare, organize, and file documents
- Assist with general administrative and office tasks
- Support the accounting team with clerical projects and special assignments
- Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during most of the year
- Availability for 5+ days per week during tax season (February through mid-April)
- Additional hours may be required during peak business periods

- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications
