Senior Software Developer

Headquartered in Chicago with offices throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia, we trade a variety of asset classes including Fixed Income, ETFs, Equities, FX, Commodities and Energy across all major global markets. We have also leveraged our expertise and technology to expand into three non-traditional strategies: real estate, venture capital and cryptoassets.

We operate with respect, curiosity and open minds. The people who thrive here share our belief that it’s not just what we do that matters–it's how we do it. DRW is a place of high expectations, integrity, innovation and a willingness to challenge consensus.

As a Senior Software Developer on the Business Intelligence technology team, you'll be part of a tight knit group of Software Developers working closely with internal users (traders, researchers, quants) to develop innovative research and post-trade analysis tools. As the independent source of truth for the Macro and Equity trading desks, the BI team strives to make data universally accessible and useful. Our tools collect, connect and visualize critical data; allowing Trading, Research and Technology teams to generate data driven insights that push teams to peak performance.

We care deeply about preserving a respectful and diverse team culture. We believe in choosing the right tech for the job even if that means learning something new or reviving something old. We value business impact and outcomes and we make decisions based on data. We strive to adapt quickly as business priorities change.
