Job Description
Join our metal fabrication shop as a Shop Helper, where you will assist with essential tasks such as grinding metal, operating a CNC press brake, and supporting shipping and order packaging. This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic ready to contribute in a fast-paced, high production environment within a small team setting. No previous experience is needed, but the ability to frequently lift and move heavy materials is required.
Responsibilities
- Grind metal components
- Operate CNC press brake for metal bending tasks
- Assist with packaging orders for shipping
- Support shipping activities as needed
- Handle and move materials safely
- Work collaboratively within a small team
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in metal fabrication
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work hard in a high production environment
