Job Title: Receptionist - Dental OfficeCompany: Robinwood Dental CenterLocation: Middletown, MDEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition Summary:Robinwood Dental Center is seeking a full-time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, positive experience while supporting the daily operations of a busy dental practice. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Work Schedule:• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM• Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PMKey Responsibilities:• Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.• Check patients in for appointments and ensure accurate registration.• Explain and collect required patient paperwork.• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs.• Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications.• Perform a variety of administrative and office support tasks.• Contribute to a positive patient experience through a calm, caring, and professional demeanor.• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support daily operations.Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required.• Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred but not required.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.• Professional, positive, and dependable work ethic.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Proficiency with basic computer applications and office technology.Compensation: • $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience.Benefits: • Uniforms provided.• Health insurance (High Deductible Plans) through CareFirst.• Dental services for employees and eligible family members.• Voluntary AFLAC plans.• Paid Time Off (PTO).• Paid Sick Leave.• Paid Holidays.• 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with up to a 4% employer match.• Supportive team environment and positive workplace culture.About Robinwood Dental Center:Since 2003, Robinwood Dental Center has provided exceptional dental care throughout Western Maryland.
