We are proud & honored to provide these services.Overview of position:We are looking for a Platform Analyst, Junior work in Indianapolis, IN.An active Secret and a United States Citizenship is required to be considered for this position.ResponsibilitiesSupport knowledge management activities for CCE engineering teamsMaintain technical library with up-to-date documentationOrganize and maintain operating manuals, application documentation, and training manualsSupport documentation of hardware and software interface specificationsAssist with Monthly Status Report preparation and data collectionMaintain user guides and support documentationSupport configuration baseline documentationArchive system releases and maintain version controlAssist with lessons learned documentationCoordinate document reviews and approvalsExperience/Skills:Entry-level position - no prior experience requiredSecurity+ or SSCP certificationStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in team environmentBasic understanding of IT infrastructure conceptsDocument management experience preferredSharePoint experience preferredPreferred Qualifications:Prior internship or co-op experience in IT environmentExperience with document management systemsKnowledge of DoD documentation standardsFamiliarity with ITIL conceptsTechnical writing experienceEducation:Associates degree IT, Business, or related fieldCertifications:CompTIA Security+ or (ISC)² SSCPClearance:Active Secret Security clearance is required.Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).FEDITC, LLC. is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment.
