Logistics Compliance Coordinator

DescriptionWith internal/external stakeholders, monitor awarded grants for compliance with budget funding requirements, including allowable costs, submission and reporting deadlines, and performance metrics. Maintain grant calendars. 20%Provide departmental administrative support. 20%Assist with audits, monitoring, and reviews by coordinating documentation, logistics and responding to requests and cross-functional coordination. 20%Track grant supported program performance outcomes and support data collection for evaluation and continuous improvement. 20%Support contract and partnership development related to grant-funded initiatives. 10%Contribute to strategic planning by identifying funding trends and aligning opportunities with organizational goals. 10%QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree Health Care Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, English, Communications, or a related field 3 Years Experience in health care and/or higher ReqAssociate's DegreeExperience3 Years Req. Demonstrated success in securing grant funding from federal, state, or private sources. . Strong knowledge of grant regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., Uniform Guidance, reporting standards). . Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives. . Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret guidelines, budgets, and performance data. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and grant management systems or databases. . Experience working with budgets and financial reporting in a grant-funded environment. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. . High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. ReqSkills Experience supporting audits or monitoring visits. Familiarity with systems such as Grants.gov, G5, or other grant submission portals.
