• Location: Hamilton, OH | 100% Onsite
• Schedule: 4th Shift | Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (Training may be conducted on an alternate shift, overtime available)
• Pay Rate: $24-$26/hour + $3.00/hour Shift Differential (Up to $29/hour)

We're seeking a skilled welder with 1-5 years of structural steel welding experience , AWS D1.1 certification , and hands-on experience with weld testing methods, framing and metalworking equipment, plasma arc cutting, and laser measuring tools . What You'll Do

• Perform welding operations on a variety of parts according to print and specification requirements
• Execute TIG and MIG welding on aluminum materials ranging from .063" to 3/8" thickness
• Set up welding fixtures for various product applications
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and print specifications
• Utilize plasma arc cutting equipment and laser measuring tools
• Support weld testing and quality verification processes, including dye penetrant testing
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with production teams to meet manufacturing goals
• Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed
• Follow all safety and quality procedures in a manufacturing environment

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of structural steel welding experience
• AWS D1.1 Welding Certification
• Extensive knowledge of aluminum TIG and MIG welding
• Experience with weld testing methods, including dye penetrant testing
• Familiarity with framing and metalworking equipment such as shears and brakes
• Proficiency using plasma arc cutting and laser measuring tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, bend, push, and carry more than 30 pounds
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold manufacturing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
• Experience mentoring or training others
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
