Location: Perspire Sauna Studio – Summerlin 410 S Rampart Blvd, Suite 175 Las Vegas, NV 89145 Studio Hours: Monday – Friday: 7am – 8pm Saturday & Sunday: 8am – 6pm Preferred Experience Sales: 2+ year (commission or goal-based preferred) Customer Service: 2+ year Spa, fitness, or wellness experience a plus — we’re happy to train the right person! Compensation Competitive hourly rate Commission opportunities Free Infrared Sauna Membership Primary Responsibilities Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and valued Promote the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and clearly communicate the value of a Perspire membership Drive membership sales and consistently achieve individual and studio sales goals Serve as a top lead generator, actively driving and following up on community outreach leads Act as a top outbound call team member, connecting with potential guests and following up on inquiries to convert leads into memberships Conduct engaging studio tours and personalized wellness consultations for new guests Confidently speak about the science and benefits of infrared sauna, chromotherapy, and red-light therapy Manage appointments, sales, and member accounts through our software (MindBody experience a plus!) Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email Clean and reset individual infrared sauna rooms between sessions to maintain studio standards Fold, organize, and stock towels and other supplies to ensure a clean, comfortable guest experience Assist with overall studio upkeep, maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment Support team goals and contribute to a positive, uplifting studio culture Handle administrative tasks such as database entry, membership updates, and guest follow-up communication Communicate knowledgeably and enthusiastically about the benefits of Perspire and its wellness offerings Traits for Success in This Role Motivated by results and driven to exceed sales targets Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations Passionate about health and wellness Dependable, responsible, and proactive Excellent communication and time management skills Enjoys being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment About Us At Perspire Sauna Studio , our mission is to be the leading destination for affordable, technology-based wellness solutions.
