Project Manager – Community Relations

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, Public Administration, Education, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in project management, operations, program administration, or event management
• Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of project management platforms and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP)
• Background in community relations, workforce development, or nonprofit operations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Several years of hands-on project management experience
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum are a plus

Other Requirements:

• Must obtain Child Abuse and Criminal Clearances
