Commercial Flooring Technician (Second Shift)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM plus On-Call Rotation Looking for work that keeps you moving? You're in the right place. As a Commercial Flooring Technician, you'll help maintain and restore flooring in some of the St. Louis area's largest commercial facilities. This is a hands‑on role where you'll learn professional floor care techniques, operate specialized equipment, and help deliver exceptional results for commercial customers throughout the St. Louis area. What You'll Do: Clean and maintain a variety of commercial flooring surfaces including carpet, tile, and other hard surfaces Operate professional floor care equipment and specialized cleaning tools Perform floor care services such as stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and surface restoration Load, unload, and care for equipment, supplies, and company vehicles Follow safety procedures and Woodard standards on every job Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and deliver exceptional results You'll Succeed If You: Enjoy physical, hands‑on work and staying active throughout your shift Take pride in doing quality work and paying attention to details Are dependable and show up ready to work every day Work well as part of a team Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn Follow directions, processes, and safety standards Can adapt to different job sites and project types Why Work at Woodard?
