Product Marketing Manager

Product Marketing Manager:

  • Build Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute product launch plans in partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Partner with product leadership to inform and drive continued innovations for the evolving product road map.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights to guide positioning and product strategy.
  • Customer Voice: Partner with customer success and product teams to gather and integrate customer feedback into product roadmaps.
  • Product Advisory: Develop and lead a product advisory board built from key customers and non-customer to help inform and guide future innovations and communicate our story to the marketplace.
  • Metrics & Performance: Define KPIs and track performance of marketing initiatives to ensure impact and ROI.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, training materials, and tools that help the sales team communicate value effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in medical device/medical technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Up to 50% travel, including overnight stays and occasional weekend commitments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and product management software (e.g., Jira, Aha!)
