Job Overview
Seeking a hands-on HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees and leadership across a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with federal and Wisconsin employment laws and regulations.
• Handle confidential employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Develop and improve HR processes, policies, documentation, and training programs.
• Partner with managers and leadership on employee and workforce-related matters.
• Support compensation benchmarking, workforce planning, and HR reporting.
• Maintain accurate HRIS/ERP records and improve HR data processes.
• Support workplace safety initiatives and OSHA-related training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong experience across employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compensation, and performance management.
• Manufacturing, engineering, or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with production employees, managers, and executives.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus.
• Hands-on, process-improvement mindset with strong judgment and discretion.
