Speech-Language Pathologist (Sign-On Bonus)

Role: Speech Language Pathologist responsible for delivering personalized in-home and senior living care to older adults, utilizing a flexible, patient-centered approach. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one speech therapy in private residences and senior communities Perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions Support patient wellness, mobility, and independence through therapy sessions Document care activities accurately in electronic medical records Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PTs, OTs, and fitness specialists Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place Utilize telehealth and virtual care to extend access and flexibility Qualifications & Skills Valid state license or eligibility in Speech Language Pathology Degree from an accredited program and current CCC from ASHA Proficiency in basic computer and EMR systems Current CPR certification Physical & Other Requirements Ability to perform moderate physical effort, assist with patient mobility, and drive between locations. Must wear PPE as needed.
