Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time, W-2)

Compensation: New Mexico residents earn a clinical session rate of $58.50/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $17.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding). For out-of-state residents, clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location. Additional W-2 advantages you won’t find with 1099 contract work: No tax headaches – We handle withholdings and filings, so you don’t have to Retirement benefits – Access an employer-sponsored 401(k) plan Access to state-mandated benefits – Like unemployment, disability, and paid leave where available Independently Licensed in New Mexico as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). ~ 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI. Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments. Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress. Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
