The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.The Enabling Tech SC Project lead is responsible for driving and coordinating strategic initiatives and act as the PMO ensuring structured governance, prioritization, and tracking of key initiatives. This role focuses on driving end-to-end transformation to strengthen operational performance.The position requires strong project management capabilities, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into executable programs with measurable impact.Key Responsibilities1.PMO & Project LeadershipEstablish and manage governance structure across key supply chain initiativesSupport prioritization, resource alignment, and roadmap development for the platformEnsure transparency through standardized reporting and executive updatesIdentify interdependencies and proactively manage risks across initiativesTrack progress against milestones, KPIs, and value realization targets, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery2. Strategic Initiative ExecutionTranslate high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps and execution plansLead end-to-end execution of platform strategic supply chain projects or workstreams in support to initiatives that will improve financial performance, including COGS reduction and working capital optimization.Drive alignment across stakeholders, including value stream leaders, operations, finance, procurement, planning, quality and engineering teamsPartner closely with Finance to ensure transparency of benefits and tracking of value realization5. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a central connector across functions, ensuring alignment on priorities and executionInfluence without authority in a matrixed organizationCommunicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership6. Continuous Improvement & AnalyticsLeverage data, metrics, and analytics to identify improvement opportunitiesEstablish dashboards and KPIs to measure initiative performance and impactApply operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)QualificationsEducation:· A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
