Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse

Schedule:
- Shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Days), 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Nights)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Current, valid RN license in the state.
- BLS certification required.
- Additional certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support, TNCC, ACLS, PALS preferred.
- Manual dexterity and physical agility to operate all equipment and perform all procedures.
- Utilization of safe body mechanics to ensure patient and caregiver safety.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care based on comprehensive assessment and collaboration with integrated team members.
- Evaluate and document all components of nursing care delivered to patients.
- Exhibit respectful and compassionate treatment of all customers.
- Participate in problem identification and suggest solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality of work information and report compliance issues as designated.
