Dialysis Charge Nurse

As a Dialysis Charge Nurse at U.S. Renal Care, you will lead daily clinical operations in our dialysis clinic, ensuring safe, high-quality care for patients with kidney disease. You will coordinate and mentor nursing staff, oversee dialysis treatments, manage patient assessments and care plans, and enforce infection control and regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, you’ll support education for patients and families while fostering a culture of integrity, excellence, and teamwork focused on outcomes and professional growth.
