Director of Surgical Services

the client is seeking a Director of Surgical Services to lead surgical services operations. The facility includes multiple operating rooms and supports inpatient surgical care within a community healthcare setting. In this role, the Director of Surgical Services will oversee day-to-day surgical service delivery, coordinate clinical and operational workflows, and support the effective functioning of the surgical area. The position is expected to ensure quality care processes, efficient utilization of operating rooms, and alignment with organizational standards.
