Project scope includes 11,770 sq. ft. of work encompassing interior retail refresh, exterior refresh, and ADA modifications. Acoustical ceiling work includes demolition, framing, drywall, and finish installation. Contractor must provide pricing broken out by scope: pharmacy expansion, retail refresh, ADA modifications, and exterior refresh. An alternate bid for night work is required. Project start date is August 3, 2026, with completion expected by September 11, 2026. Additional scopes include roofing, flooring, paint, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and final cleaning per change order documentation. This job is managed by IT.AR Multi Service LLC as licensed Texas general contractor. The selected provider acts as a subcontractor.
