Job Description The Chicago School is seeking adjunct faculty for its Dallas Campus in Richardson, Texas. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or a related field from a regionally accredited institution. Responsibilities Teach one evening course per week or Saturday courses, with additional online instruction via Canvas. Teach 2–3 classes per term. Provide course materials and assessments in line with program standards. Qualifications Doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or a related field. Recent (past four years) teaching experience with a record of teaching at least four courses. Graduate teaching experience highly preferred. Minimum three years of organizational work experience. Benefits Compensation ranges from $1,124 to $1,540 per credit, varying with course enrollment.
