MX Logistics is hiring experienced CDL A W-2 company drivers . Earn strong pay, run late-model assigned equipment, and know exactly what to expect for home time.

Pay

• $95,000–$115,000 average annual earnings

• $0.67–$0.70 CPM , based on experience

• Additional $0.03 per-mile bonus on all miles driven

• $3,000 sign-on bonus

• Paid additional pickup and delivery

• Clean DOT inspection bonuses

• Paid detention and layovers

• Congestion pay

• Per diem pay

• Trip expenses paid every payday

Home Time

• 7–10 days out

• 2–3 days home

• Reset time scheduled around home time

• Paid reset

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliners, primarily 2023–2027

• Assigned truck with no slip seating

• 70-inch condo-style sleeper

• Full APU with power inverter

• Microwave, refrigerator and TV

• EZ Pass + PrePass

• GPS navigation

• Qualcomm communication and logs

• Collision mitigation and side-object detection

Requirements

• Valid CDL A

• 18+ months verifiable CDL A experience

• Must be at least 23 years old

• Safe driving record

• No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years

• No failure to report an accident while operating a CMV within the last 5 years
