ERC Pathlight is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct patient care and supervise inpatient/residential patients under nursing supervision. The role includes supporting therapeutic programming, safety, and daily living activities across multiple locations. Responsibilities include milieu management, observation, de-escalation, room checks, patient transport, vital signs, and documentation.
