Brokerage Assistant

Amwins is the largest specialty distributor of property, casualty and professional lines of insurance products. Brokerage Assistant – Seattle This position is internally titled Technical Assistant. It is an office based role. All positions are commission‑free and do not involve cold calling. Responsibilities Support brokers with day‑to‑day administrative tasks for new and renewal accounts. Enter and update client information in multiple online systems. Gather and verify client details, ensuring accuracy across records. Help with account setup and ongoing servicing. Set up new accounts and assist with quote and policy processes. Manage updates and changes to existing accounts (e.g., document revisions or policy updates). Collect and organize information for account renewals and prepare renewal communications for agents. Qualifications Strong desire to learn and grow an insurance career. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft 365 proficiency with emphasis on Excel spreadsheets. Driven and highly motivated with a team‑focused mentality. Detail‑oriented and dedicated.
