ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions supporting a federal program. This role will serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for custom development efforts across the ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on Customer Service Management (CSM).Key Responsibilities:· Lead the custom development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions and enhancements.· Serve as a technical lead for ServiceNow development initiatives while remaining hands-on with coding and platform customization.· Design and develop solutions across ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, and HRSD.· Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and workflows.· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.· Support Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and release activities.· Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.· Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and architecture discussions.· Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
