Dialog CLUBHOUSE WEST LA is looking for a strong PM PREP COOK to help support our afternoon production team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, can lead a team through service, and takes pride in leaving the kitchen set up for success the next day. You’ll be responsible for execution of hash-brown production, fry production, portioning, making dressings, storing prep items and ensuring a clean, organized, and fully reset kitchen
for AM service. (1835 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025)

What You’ll Do
 Ensure consistent execution, quality, and production of all prep items
 Use of recipes and proper portioning tool to maintain consistency and standards
 Support fellow prep cooks in cleaning and organizing stations at end of shift
 Maintain FIFO practices and proper labeling/storage
 Complete checklist, including:
 Hasbrown production
 French fry production
 Make dressings, sauces
 Cutting lettuces, vegetables
 Storing prep items

 Experience with knife work, techniques
 Strong ability to perform under high-volume
 Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
 Strong communication
 Ability to take ownership of closing responsibilities
 Available to work weekends, and holidays
