This individual will lead an electrical engineering team responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of electrical systems across our product portfolio for Department of Defense programs, including circuit card design and wire harness design. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.Strong background in electrical system design, including power, digital or RF circuit card development.Previous experience in leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
