Position Description: Stylist | Create Salon CollectiveAt Create Salon Collective, we offer multiple paths for stylists at different stages of their careers. Whether you are building, growing, or maximizing your book, our structure is designed to meet you where you are and support your next level. If you’re an established stylist looking to return to a team environment while maintaining a sense of autonomy, you’ll find consistency, support, and a system that allows you to focus on your guests without starting over.We offer flexible scheduling, from part-time to full-time, designed to support different seasons of life while maintaining consistent standards and growth.What You’ll GetCompetitive pay with a commission structure that varies based on stylist-selected pathways, with earning potential up to 60%Standing schedules that support consistency and work-life balanceCoaching and structured developmentRegular performance and compensation reviewsDedicated front desk and support team so you can focus on your guestsConsistent, structured continuing education401k options Additional benefits may be available based on role, schedule, and tenureWhat You’ll Do:Deliver high-quality consultations and services, including cutting, coloring, and stylingRecommend products and services based on guest needsCreate a consistent, professional guest experienceMaintain cleanliness and follow salon systems and standardsSupport team goals and daily operationsWhat We’re Looking For:Licensed through the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber BoardComfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environmentOpen to feedback and ongoing developmentFocused on delivering strong guest experiencesAble to use salon systems and point-of-sale tools
